 J.D. Boydstun For his contribution to the successful cemetery marker program. To date seven markers with the names of Confederates in the cemeteries have been installed. |
 Steve von Roeder For founding the Descendants of Confederate Veterans and recruiting the founding “Dirty Dozen” to join him. |

 Terry Ayers For his leadership role in obtaining State of Texas Historical Markers for the Confederate Men’s and Woman’s homes. |
